Simpson Engineers. Inc., established in 1946 by Clarence E. Simpson, is an independent, family-owned business located in Spokane Valley, WA. We are a full-service civil engineering and land surveying company. After Clarence Simpson had started this company, his two sons joined him in the business in the late 1960s. Charles (Chuck) E. Simpson, P.E. & P.L.S. and his brother Richard (Dick) L. Simpson, P.E., P.L.S. ran the company together from their father’s retirement in 1980 until Dick’s passing in August 2003. Chuck’s two sons have since joined the company. Edwin (Ed) B. Simpson, P.E., and Aaron C Simpson, P.E. are proud to carry on the legacy of this long-standing family business.

We can provide engineering analysis, platting, street design engineering, water and sewer system design engineering, flood plain analysis, land surveying, construction staking, and a number of other services.
