Founded in 1946 as Clarence E. Simpson Engineers, Inc., the company has extensive experience in a wide range of project types, including engineering analysis, platting, street design engineering, water and sewer system design engineering, water district engineering, reservoir design, water system plans and reports, stormwater plans and reports, floodplain analyses and flood elevation certification, land surveying, construction staking, construction oversight and inspection, grant proposals, and related engineering, surveying and land development services.
